I have seven years of professional experience in hospitality and customer service through my previous career with Saudia Airlines. This experience strengthened my communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and customer service skills while working with people from diverse nationalities and cultures. I am a licensed tourist guide and have completed several tourism-related training courses through the Saudi Ministry of Tourism. I am currently studying Tourism and Travel at King Faisal University. I aim to combine my aviation and hospitality experience with my passion for tourism to provide professional, engaging, and memorable experiences for visitors across Saudi Arabia.
